This wall decoration is handcrafted with care using needle felting techniques. Made in Italy from 100% wool fibers.

Please note: This woolly friend is not suitable for babies and very young children who tend to put things in their mouths, due to the possibility of loose fibers.
- Felt is a very durable material, but it's best to handle your woolly friend with care.
- You shouldn't need to wash it, and it should never be soaked in water.
- If some fibers come loose over time and create small fuzz balls, simply trim them gently with small scissors.
- Wool naturally repels dust and resists stains, so just dust it off occasionally with a soft, dry cloth

For orders below €180, shipping costs vary by region as per the following flat rates:

- Rest of Europe: €15.99

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in, therefore the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective items is always free. In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
