For orders below €180, shipping costs vary by region as per the following flat rates:

- UK & Switzerland: €19.99
- USA: €29.99

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in, therefore the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, Fill in the form here. Specify the item you want to return, the purchase date and attach pictures.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective items is always free. In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
