How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?
All our products are handmade by our artisans in very small batches for TA-DAAN customers. This is how we can ensure the sustainability of production, embracing a zero waste policy, and the uniqueness of each item, which is crafted just for you. At the same time, we are aware that waiting for a product you are in love with really sucks! For this reason, TA-DAAN products are divided into two categories:
- IN STOCK: these products are ready to be shipped. They will be shipped within 4 working days from your order;
- MADE TO ORDER: these products will be crafted just for you. They will be shipped within a longer period of time between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the product and the technique involved (you will find the exact amount of shipping time in the product page under the "Shipping" tab).
We provide express shipping with our global courier partners. Please note that delivery period could vary depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other unexpected causes.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information of your package.

Shipping is FREE IN EUROPE:
- over € 180 if you place an order from a single artisan;
- over € 250 if you place an order from multiple artisans*

Shipping cost below € 180/€ 250 varies according to continent, in accordance with the following flat shipping rates:
- Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain: € 11,99
- Rest of Europe: € 15,99
- UK & Switzerland: € 19,99
- USA: € 29,99
The flat shipping rate is € 6,99 if the shipping is to the same Country of the artisan (i.e. from a Spanish artisan to a Spanish customer) As a matter of fact, we do want to encourage you to shop local and support artisans from your own Country.
Where do my products ship from?
Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in and the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Estimated shipping times can be found on the product page under the "Shipping time" tab.
Within the European Union, all destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
When a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (outside the European Union), the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
If the shipment is lost, TA-DAAN is not liable for the cost of this; this must be dealt with the carrier directly.
Products in stock will be shipped within four working days from the order.
Products to be crafted will be shipped within a time between two or four weeks (depending on the artisan) from the order.
Orders placed after 3pm CET on Friday will process the following Monday.
Our couriers do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
We're not responsible for courier shipping delays.
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that we'll be specified in the email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
