Hand-painted in Puglia by Patrizia, each Maison Flores piece is unique and unrepeatable. Every creation is born through a slow and entirely artisanal process, where every brushstroke, detail, and shade is carefully made by hand.
Small variations that may emerge in the decoration are not imperfections, but the authentic sign of artisanal craftsmanship that makes each piece different from all others.

Returns

We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
