Ossimoro was born from the shared passion for conceptual fashion of two partners and friends, Carmen Cellini and Georgiana Chirila, who are both artisans and fashion designers. They met during university courses, and a small gesture dramatically changed their lives. If Georgiana had not reached out to Carmen, they might not be here today, illustrating how a simple reminder or detail can alter one's path. Although Ossimoro was metaphorically born at their meeting, they only officially launched the brand in 2022, after the Covid period, driven by a strong artistic and expressive need.

They recall the day they were despairing over not finding work in their field. Spurred by the desire to change their destiny, they asked themselves, "Why don't we create it ourselves?" Combining their skills, visions, and distinctly different personalities, they created a brand conveying authenticity, care, and uniqueness.

After extensive research and study of lesser-known and undervalued materials in Italy, they decided to venture into the world of accessories with polymer clay.

Flowers are the symbol of Ossimoro, as Carmen and Georgiana have always communicated their emotions through them, from childhood to the present. Each accessory they create embodies a concept that tells a story, forming a bond with people. Customers often share their stories, emotions, and needs, which inspire the creation of wearable reminders and flowers.
