GG–RUGS is a carpet tufting service born within GG–OFFICE. Founded in 2022 by Francesca Giampiccolo and Enrico Gisana, the project stems from the desire to bring graphic design into a more analog and tactile dimension. GG–RUGS gives new life to studio projects that were not selected by clients but deserve to be appreciated from a different perspective. And that’s where the magic happens: illustrations are transformed into fuzzy carpets, moving from the screen into everyday living spaces.

Meticulous process

Each GG–RUGS rug starts with an idea. A design is chosen, projected onto the canvas, traced, and tufted by hand. After tufting, it’s glued, shaved, and finished. The process takes about three days. Every piece is unique, featuring bold colors, meticulous details, and an exclusive GG–RUGS tag-keychain.
