Alessia Prati is a contemporary jewellery designer and artisan based in Italy. She trained at Alchimia in Florence and developed her practice through international experiences, including a residency in Hong Kong.

Her work begins in wax, where each piece is sculpted by hand before being transformed through the ancient lost-wax casting technique into metal. What emerges is never fully controlled: forms that carry the memory of the gesture and the unpredictability of matter.
She sees jewellery as something that should speak truthfully, shaped by process rather than perfection. Raw material, imperfection, and time become the language of each piece.

Every jewel is born from a slow, entirely manual process: no molds, no replicas, no industrial intervention. Each object exists once, and only once, carrying the trace of its making.

For Alessia, a jewel is not an object to complete a look, but a presence: something that holds a moment, and stays with the body that chooses it.
