TIDE Hoops II

The TIDE Hoops II have a classy, yet unique look, reflecting the movement of the waves and are perfectly matched by other pieces from the collection.
The TIDE Hoops II have a rather small fit, close to your earlobe and are quite light in weight.
All TIDE Pieces are made in 925 sterling Silver and may, as all solid Silver, develope a patina over time.
To prevent greater color changes or damage to your jewelry, make sure not to wear them in spas or while doing housework, since chlorinated water and other chemicals can cause damage to the metal.
Minor patina spots can be removed by polishing the jewelry with a soft cloth. Otherwise you can use a jewelry cleaning cloth for greater color changes.
Dirt can easily be removed by using soap, warm water and a soft brush.
To keep your goldplated pieces in good condition, please make sure not to wear them while doing housework, sports or other activities, where the goldplating might be damaged.
We offer FREE shipping within the EU on orders over €180.
For orders below €180, shipping costs vary by region as per the following flat rates:
- Italy to Italy: €6.99
- Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain: €11.99
- Rest of Europe: €15.99
- UK & Switzerland: €19.99
- USA: €29.99
Please be aware that for orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties may apply. We are not responsible for these charges, so we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
For shipping to other countries, we currently do not offer flat rates. However, if you are interested in our TA-DAAN products, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best shipping solution. ❤️

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in, therefore the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, Fill in the form here. Specify the item you want to return, the purchase date and attach pictures.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective items is always free. In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
