Handmade in Albisola Superiore, Liguria, a town in the Bay of Ceramics in northern Italy, each ball is decorated with 100% safe pigments and glazes. Every piece is unique, perfect for hanging, collecting, or gifting, bringing elegance and originality to your holiday celebrations.
To keep your ceramic Christmas balls in perfect condition, gently wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or submerging them in water.
As they are fragile, handle with care and avoid dropping them, as this could break the balls. With these simple precautions, your decorations will remain beautiful and bright for many years.
We offer FREE shipping within the EU on orders over €180.
For orders below €180, shipping costs vary by region as per the following flat rates:
- Italy to Italy: €6.99
- Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain: €11.99
- Rest of Europe: €15.99
- UK & Switzerland: €19.99
- USA: €29.99
Please be aware that for orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties may apply. We are not responsible for these charges, so we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in, therefore the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective items is always free. In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
