Each soft toy is unique in its small details, handcrafted with care using traditional needle felting technique. Made in Italy from 100% wool fibers. Woolly friends are soft, durable, and full of character.
Designed to children and adults, they naturally resist dust and stains, making them perfect for play, decoration, or simply bringing a little magic to your everyday life.
Please note: This woolly friend is not suitable for babies and very young children who tend to put things in their mouths, due to the possibility of loose fibers.

Returns

We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
