Joidart jewelry is handmade with sensitivity and dedication, and like any artistic piece, it needs care to preserve its beauty over time.
Although jewelry may seem eternal, it needs proper care to retain its brilliance. We recommend cleaning it regularly with a non-abrasive cotton cloth dampened with neutral pH soap. If necessary, a professional polish every 2 to 3 years is advised, especially for frequently worn pieces.
Our jewelry has a protective coating that helps preserve the finish and color: we use a 24-karat gold plating over brass. However, direct contact with active pH soap, perfumes or creams should be avoided, as well as swimming with your jewelry in the sea or pool. Chlorine, salt, and other agents may erode the finish and shorten the lifespan of the piece.
When not wearing your jewelry, store it separately in a fabric pouch or its original case to avoid scratches and friction between pieces.

We offer FREE shipping within the EU on orders over €180.
For orders below €180, shipping costs vary by region as per the following flat rates:
- Italy to Italy: €6.99
- Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain: €11.99
- Rest of Europe: €15.99
- UK & Switzerland: €19.99
- USA: €29.99
Please be aware that for orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties may apply. We are not responsible for these charges, so we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual artisan(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the artisan(s) is based in, therefore the shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
