Returns
Returns
We honor return requests made within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can fill in the form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product(s) to our artisans. We are not liable for any damage caused by inadequate packaging during the return shipment.
Returns due to incorrect, defective or damaged items
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items is always free of charge.
Returns due to change of mind
In all other cases (e.g. change of mind, personal preference, fit or style reasons), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs depend on the destination from which the item is shipped back:
Italy → Italy: €6.99
Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain: €11.99
Rest of Europe: €15.99
UK & Switzerland: €19.99
USA: €29.99
If your order includes items made by different artisans and shipped from different locations, each return will require a separate shipment. The total amount deducted from your refund will be the sum of all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Though we and our artisans take the utmost care in checking products and packaging orders before dispatch, accidents do occasionally happen.
In the rare occurrence that an order arrives damaged or has a fault, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at help@ta-daan.com with your order number, a detailed description of the damage or fault, and photographs of the product and packaging.
We will confirm if you would like a refund or replacement and arrange this with our artisans.Keep the damaged or faulty product and packaging until we confirm what to do with it.In the case of an item proven to be damaged, the return and redelivery fees will be covered by us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or if they are the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill in the form here.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that we'll be specified in the email.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged, defective items is always free.
In all the other cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds cover the product price only. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
