Nature inspired jewelry

Mandala began her goldsmithing journey in 2009 at a jewelry class in Brooklyn, NYC. She furthered her studies in Milan at the SOA, driven by a passion for learning the craft.

Early on, her teacher introduced her to casting techniques, and Mandala discovered how to reproduce natural shapes in metal. This realization sparked her mission: to highlight the tiniest details in nature.

With her Indian background, Mandala started using spices from Indian cuisine, then moved on to seeds, leaves, and fruits. Her process involves collaborating with casters to create prototypes from natural pieces she finds. These prototypes are first cast directly into silver.

Mandala then transforms these elements into wearable jewelry, adding rings, stems, or twigs to create pendants, rings, and earrings. Her journey continues as she explores the countless elements in nature.
