Born in Catania, shaped by Milan, and always on the move — Flavia is a jewelry designer with a background in Fashion Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Product Management from Milano Fashion Institute. After years spent working behind the scenes of luxury brands, she felt the call to create with her hands again.
In 2022, she trained in goldsmithing at Scuola Orafa Ambrosiana, rediscovering the power of making. Her work draws from nature’s textures and shapes, blending organic forms with the timelessness of silver and bronze.

Flavia Patanè is the founder of P/effe, her jewelry brand born from a desire to slow down and reconnect.
Now based in her hometown of Catania, she crafts each piece by hand using the ancient lost-wax technique — turning stories, memories, and nature into wearable poetry.
