Merlina, is a self-taught artist based in Barcelona, Argentina.
After traveling around the world for many years, and being inspired by different cultures, colors, flavors and aesthetics, she found, by chance, in her hometown, a technique that blew her mind: glass.
Together with an artisan, they dabbled in shapes and colors and that's how Suplais was born, as a game where she can express her taste for fun jewelry that awakens her inner child.

Inspired by street markets, full of flowers and fruits, Suplais is a reflection of the sensitivity of its designer, where she always seeks to recreate the organic forms of nature and the vibrant colors that it also has.

In addition, each piece has a story behind it, because they are made with glass that used to be: windows, old vases and decorative dolls, which today they decide to give a second life and create a more contemporary piece.
