Ilaria started her career as an eyewear designer in a leading Italian company, building strong creative and technical expertise.
At a certain point, despite new career opportunities, she felt the need to pause and rethink her direction.
Between 2020 and 2021, a series of life events—relocation, relationships, and personal turning points—pushed her to question her identity and redefine her direction: a moment that asked not what to do next, but who to become.

Techniques

She begins by translating emotions and observations into notes—keywords, memories, fragments captured on paper. Wax becomes her primary medium, shaped by hand to explore form and meaning. Through the lost-wax casting process, each piece evolves, then refined with meticulous hand polishing, making every creation deeply personal and unrepeatable.
